Eurogamer\u00a0<\/a>rapporte om denne dommen nylig. Bakgrunnen var et forbrukerr\u00e5d meldte inn en sak om at den tyske kjeden Media Market ikke ville gi dato n\u00e5r Samsung Galaxy S6 kom ut.<\/p>\n

Folk som forh\u00e5ndsbestilte produktet hadde dermed ingen mulighet til \u00e5 vite n\u00e5r de fikk produktet. Noe som de mente var et brudd p\u00e5 god kj\u00f8psetikk.<\/strong><\/p>\n

N\u00e5 har alts\u00e5 domstolen i Munchen gitt klar beskjed at alle produkter som man kan forh\u00e5ndsbestille m\u00e5 ha en klar utgivelsedato, inkludert videospill.<\/p>\n

Selv om denne dommen er kun gjeldende i Tyskland vil det bli konsekvenser i resten av Europe. Tyskland er et stort market, s\u00e5 vi i Norge bare ta en titt p\u00e5 tyske nettsider for \u00e5 se lanseringsdato p\u00e5 et bestemt spill hvis utviklerene ikke vil fortelle oss.<\/strong><\/p>\n
