BrokenLore er en serie korte horrorspill som slippes i tiden framover. F\u00f8rste historie i rekken er BrokenLore: LOW hvor vi f\u00f8lger Naomi. En ung kvinne som har en dr\u00f8m om \u00e5 bli artist. Endelig ser det ut til at hun skal f\u00e5 sin store sjanse. Musikkprodusenten som skal gi henne sjansen \u00f8nsker at de skal m\u00f8tes i den mystiske landbyen Kirisame Mura. Det tar ikke lang tid f\u00f8r det blir tydelig at dette kanskje ikke var den sjansen Naomi hadde h\u00e5pet p\u00e5.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Det tar rundt en time \u00e5 komme seg gjennom spillet. Og det er en intensiv time. Ikke fordi du blir pepret med monstre eller jump scares, men p\u00e5 grunn av den ubehagelige stemningen. B\u00e5de det overnaturlige og bare rett og slett det ondskapsfulle menneskelige. N\u00e5r det gjelder sistnevnte kan en innholdsadvarsel v\u00e6re p\u00e5 sin plass fordi historien tar for seg seksuelle overgrep p\u00e5 en m\u00e5te som kan v\u00e6re triggende for noen.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

BrokenLore: LOW kan til tider beskrives som en g\u00e5simulator, men det betyr ikke at det ikke er ubehagelig. Mye takket v\u00e6re et lyddesign som er verdig en japansk skrekkfilm. Godt stemmeskuespill er det ogs\u00e5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

N\u00e5r du ikke g\u00e5r rundt og utforsker, l\u00f8per du og gjemmer deg fra en demon av noe slag. Begge deler er med p\u00e5 \u00e5 fortelle en historie som tar for seg fortid og traumer p\u00e5 en interessant m\u00e5te.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Interessant er ogs\u00e5 ordet jeg vil bruke p\u00e5 \u00e5 beskrive grafikken. Som er en type hyperrealistisk p\u00e5 en m\u00e5te som tar det inn en slags uncanny valley. En av sekvensene i spillet foreg\u00e5r dessuten i skikkelig lavgrafikksomgivelser. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Spillets st\u00f8rste problem er nok tempoet og lengden. Det bruker litt for lang tid p\u00e5 \u00e5 komme skikkelig i gang og er over n\u00e5r du gjerne vil ha mer. Dessuten er mange av skrekkelementene ting du har sett f\u00f8r. For eksempel statuer som beveger seg n\u00e5r du ikke ser p\u00e5 dem. Og en tilsynelatende uendelig gate (eller gang) som endrer seg kontinuerlig er gjort mye bedre tidligere.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

P\u00e5 tross av manglene er BrokenLore: LOW verdt \u00e5 sjekke ut hvis du liker horrorspill. Spillet forteller en effektiv historie og det nevnte lyddesignet er noe skrekkfans vil sette pris p\u00e5.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
