Rocksteady Studios \u00abBatma: Arkham Asylum\u00bb<\/a> var helt klart et av fjor\u00e5rets st\u00f8rste spill og med det var det kanskje ogs\u00e5 fjor\u00e5rets st\u00f8rste overraskelse. For selv om nesten alle h\u00e5pet at spillet skulle bli en suksess, fantes det mye tvil i luften. Noe som kanskje ikke er s\u00e5 rart med tanke p\u00e5 at den maskerte helten for det meste har v\u00e6rt utsatt for titler av noe tvilsom kvalitet. \u00abBatman: Arkham Asylum\u00bb<\/a> viste seg derimot \u00e5 v\u00e6re et spill som, for mange, overgikk forventningene og oppfylte h\u00e5pet. Overraskelsen ble ogs\u00e5 ganske stor da det ble annonsert en oppf\u00f8lger under fjor\u00e5rets \u00abSpike Video Game Awards\u00bb<\/a>, bare noen m\u00e5neder etter originalens suksess lansering. Siden den gang har det derimot v\u00e6rt veldig stille rundt spillet. Noe som ser ut til \u00e5 forandre seg n\u00e5.<\/p>\n

Ig\u00e5r kveld ble det nemlig annonsert at den etterlengtede oppf\u00f8lgeren skal hete \u00abBatman: Arkham City\u00bb<\/a>. Det vil ikke derimot si at spillerne denne gangen vil f\u00e5 tilgang til hele \u00abGotham City\u00bb. Nei Rocksteady Studios har riktignok tatt spillet inn i den ber\u00f8mte byen, men de er ikke klare til \u00e5 begi seg ut p\u00e5 et \u00e5penverden-spill helt enda. Noe som i seg selv er ganske forst\u00e5elig med tanke p\u00e5 hvordan det forrige spillet var bygget opp. \u00abBatman: Arkham City\u00bb<\/a> skal derfor v\u00e6re satt til et omr\u00e5de av Gotham City som er avstengt med befestede vegger og vakter. Omr\u00e5det er fylt med kriminelle fotsoldater og superskurker, fungerer som en slags\u00a0provisorisk versjon av \u00abArkham Asylum\u00bb. Videre lover Rocksteady Studios et stort utvalg av kjente superskurker samt mange forbedringer.<\/p>\n
