I dag har Sony sendt ut en pressemelding om at de kansellerer utgivelsen av spillet.<\/p>\n<h5>Kun f\u00f8rsteopplaget i salg<\/h5>\n<p>&#8211; Konsekvensene av jordskjelvet og flodb\u00f8lgen i Japan har sjokkert og bedr\u00f8vet oss, v\u00e5re tanker er hos de p\u00e5r\u00f8rende, inkludert v\u00e5re kolleger i Sony-familien som bor og jobber i Japan, skriver Sony.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c5rsaken til at Sony kansellerer utgivelsen er at spillets handling, med en jordskjelvrammet storby i sentrum, minner for mye om nyhetsbildene i dag.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Vi er oppmerksomme p\u00e5 parallellene mellom disse hendelsene og det underliggende temaet i \u00abMotorstorm\u00bb, og gj\u00f8r det vi kan for \u00e5 vise mest mulig hensyn til situasjonen, forteller Sony.<\/p>\n<p>Til tross for at lanseringen har blitt avlyst, vil spillet likevel bli \u00e5 finne i europeiske butikker. I Norden har spillet lanseringsdato i morgen, onsdag 16. mars, og butikker som allerede har mottatt spillet st\u00e5r fritt til \u00e5 selge det. Men Sony kommer ikke til \u00e5 sende ut noen nye opplag av spillet med det f\u00f8rste.
