Grunnen er trolig at det har blitt s\u00e5dd tvil om hvorvidt spillet inneholder barneporno.<\/p>\n<h5>Svensk lov<\/h5>\n<p>Svenske <a href=\"http:\/\/www.eurogamer.se\/articles\/2011-05-20-dead-or-alive-dimension-slapps-inte-i-sverige\">Eurogamer<\/a> mottok i dag en uttalelse fra Bergsala om at Nintendo hadde f\u00e5tt kalde f\u00f8tter:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Nintendo of Europe har av ulike grunner bestemt seg for \u00e5 ikke slippe [<em>Dead or Alive: Dimensions<\/em>] i Sverige. De \u00f8nsker imidlertid ikke \u00e5 g\u00e5 inn p\u00e5 noen detaljer om hvorfor, var meldingen fra Bergsala.<\/p>\n<p>Men om man kjenner bakgrunnshistorien, er det kanskje ikke s\u00e5 vanskelig \u00e5 tenke seg hvorfor. Den 29. januar ble en manga-oversetter d\u00f8mt for \u00e5 v\u00e6re i besittelse av barnepornografiske tegninger, noe som har satt igang en debatt i Sverige om hvorvidt lovene er for strenge.<\/p>\n<p>En bruker p\u00e5 det svenske forumet <a href=\"http:\/\/www.flashback.se\/artikel\/476\/nintendospel-stoppas-i-sverige-efter-barnporranklagelser\/\">Flashback<\/a> brukte <em>Dead or Alive-<\/em>spillet som et eksempel p\u00e5 et produkt som burde g\u00e5 under det han anser for \u00e5 v\u00e6re en altfor streng lov, ettersom spillet if\u00f8lge manualen inneholder tre figurer som alle er under 18 \u00e5r, og som i tillegg kan fotograferes og zoomes inn p\u00e5 i alle tenkelige vinkler via spillmodusen <em>Showcase. <\/em>Planen hans var \u00e5 anmelde Bergsala for distribusjon av barneporno p\u00e5 lanseringsdagen, ikke fordi han mente det var riktig, men for \u00e5 latterliggj\u00f8re loven.<\/p>\n<p>Problemet er if\u00f8lge en bruker p\u00e5 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.neogaf.com\/forum\/showpost.php?p=27926917&#038;postcount=140\">NeoGaf<\/a>-forumet at en annen, hittil ukjent person bestemte seg for \u00e5 anmelde dem allerede n\u00e5, noe som igjen f\u00f8rte til at Bergsala stoppet spillet til ikke bare Sverige, men Norge og Danmark ogs\u00e5.
