Electronic Arts oppn\u00e5dde forrige uke ny salgsrekord med fem millioner solgte Battlefield 3. <\/em>Samtidig sliter selskapet med serverstabilitet for Xbox 360-versjonen.<\/p>\n

Salgsrekord<\/h5>\n

Som absolutt alle som leser spillnyheter har f\u00e5tt med seg, har hypen i forkant av Battlefield 3<\/em>-lanseringen v\u00e6rt enorm, og det ser ut til \u00e5 ha l\u00f8nnet seg for utgiver Electronic Arts. Hele fem millioner eksemplarer fant nye eiere den f\u00f8rste uken spillet var i salg, noe som gj\u00f8r det til det raskest selgende EA-spillet i utgiverens historie.<\/p>\n

EA rapporterte at rundt tre millioner eksemplarer var forh\u00e5ndsbestilt, og hele ti millioner ble solgt inn til butikkene i l\u00f8pet av de tre f\u00f8rste dagene spillet var i salg. Men den store p\u00e5gangen fra kundene har ogs\u00e5 f\u00f8rt til stor p\u00e5kjenning p\u00e5 utgiverens spillservere.<\/p>\n

Ustabilt<\/h5>\n

For de f\u00f8rste dagene var det problemer for de som \u00f8nsket \u00e5 ta Battlefield 3<\/em> online, uansett utgave. Stabilitetsproblemene ble rettet opp i helgen for PC- og Playstation 3-versjonene, men Xbox 360-versjonen er fremdeles ikke helt oppe og g\u00e5r enn\u00e5. Electronic Arts lover imidlertid at de legger alle kluter til arbeidet med \u00e5 fikse opp i problemene.<\/p>\n

Spesialordning<\/h5>\n

Som kjent spiller man normalt over Microsofts egne servere n\u00e5r man spiller p\u00e5 Xbox Live, men Electronic Arts har forhandlet seg til et unntak av denne regelen.
