I en ny utviklerblogg<\/a> hos Battle.net forteller Blizzard om de nye elementene som blir implementert i StarCraft II<\/em>\u00a0n\u00e5r den kommende tilleggspakken StarCraft II: Heart of the Swarm <\/em>lanseres.<\/p>\n

Kommende godbiter<\/h5>\n

Det f\u00f8rste er Global Play<\/strong>, som allerede ble annonsert<\/a> for Diablo III<\/em>\u00a0for et par dager siden. Det handler om at man p\u00e5 en europeisk konto f\u00e5r muligheten til \u00e5 spille p\u00e5 amerikanske og asiatiske servere, og vice versa. Man m\u00e5 imidlertid spille opp en egen figur for hver server-region.<\/p>\n

Blizzard har lenge blitt kritisert for \u00e5 utelate LAN-muligheter i flerspilleren i StarCraft, <\/em>til fordel for sitt eget, online-baserte Battle.net, noe som har f\u00f8rt til ganske besv\u00e6rlige situasjoner n\u00e5r spillere har blitt kastet ut under turneringer grunnet dekning. Dette l\u00f8ses ved hjelp av muligheten til \u00e5 fortsette avbrutte spill<\/strong>\u00a0via replay-filen.<\/p>\n

Endelig blir det mulig \u00e5 opprette klaner<\/strong> i spillet, noe fansen har skreket etter siden tidenes morgen. Lite ble fortalt om dette systemet forel\u00f8pig, men forh\u00e5pningene er selvsagt allerede i taket.<\/p>\n

Det samme gjelder muligheten for Unranked<\/strong>-kamper, hvor man ikke trenger \u00e5 risikere rangen sin hver gang man spiller, men heller kan ta seg en uhy\u00f8ytidelig match mot likesinnede, eller eventuelt f\u00e5 eksperimentert med nye taktikker og oppsett.<\/p>\n

Sist, men ikke minst, blir en felles replay-funksjon<\/strong>. Her kan flere se gjennom samme kamp sammen, og dele pause- og play-knapp. P\u00e5 denne m\u00e5ten kan man hjelpe hverandre \u00e5 analysere hva som gikk galt i forrige match, og forh\u00e5pentligvis l\u00e6re av det til neste gang.<\/p>\n

Det ser ikke ut til at alle disse funksjonene kommer til \u00e5 dukke opp n\u00f8yaktig p\u00e5 likt, men et lanseringsvindu rundt slippet av Heart of the Swarm, <\/em>som fremdeles ikke har f\u00e5tt noen dato, er forel\u00f8pig det n\u00e6rmeste vi kommer noe sikkert.\u00a0<\/p>\n

StarCraft II er utviklet av Blizzard Entertainment og utgitt av Activision for PC og Mac. Tilleggspakken Heart of the Swarm har ikke f\u00e5tt noen lanseringsdato enn\u00e5.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
