Electronic Arts og Visceral Games har sluppet annonseringstraileren for det kommende gr\u00f8sserspillet Dead Space 3<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Romgr\u00f8ss p\u00e5 bar bakke<\/h5>\n

Det har ligget i kortene lenge, men n\u00e5 er det endelig bekreftet at Dead Space 3<\/em>\u00a0er under utvikling hos Visceral Games. I motsetning til de to f\u00f8rste spillene i serien, foreg\u00e5r imidlertid handlingen p\u00e5 fast bakke, n\u00e6rmere bestemt isplaneten Tau Volantis, hvor v\u00e5r gamle venn Isaac Clarke m\u00e5 streve seg gjennom ekstreme forhold, som raskt utvikler seg til \u00e5 omfatte mer enn bare v\u00e6ret.<\/p>\n

Etter \u00e5 ha f\u00e5tt vite at en gammel kjenning fra det f\u00f8rste Dead Space-<\/em>spillet, Ellie, er i live p\u00e5 den forlatte forskningsstasjonen, setter han ut i vinterv\u00e6ret for \u00e5 finne henne. P\u00e5 veien m\u00f8ter han ogs\u00e5 teknologinerden Jennifer, som er mest opptatt av \u00e5 dekode forskning utf\u00f8rt av en gruppe ved navn Rosetta. Som vanlig er det andre livsformer enn mennesker i traktene, og Dead Space 3-<\/em>fiendene omtales forel\u00f8pig bare som “The Hive Mind”, og kommer etter sigende til \u00e5 dukke opp i st\u00f8rrelser opp mot skyskraperniv\u00e5.<\/p>\n

Spillet kommer sannsynligvis til \u00e5 st\u00f8tte en “drop in, drop out”-variant av samarbeidsmodus, hvor man skal kunne sl\u00e5 sammen telekinese-angrep eller dele ammunisjon.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Electronic Arts is developing a new Dead Space game. No surprise there, but it doesn\u2019t take place on a spaceship. Dead Space 3 is set on Tau Volantis, an icy planet where Isaac Clarke has to wade through white-out blizzard conditions.<\/div>\n

Early in Dead Space 3, Isaac crash lands on the planet. He believes he may be the only survivor and makes his way to an abandoned waystation, which he uses for shelter from the snowstorm. There he finds a survivor who is severely injured. Isaac speaks to the near dead comrade who reveals there are other survivors that trekked off to another facility. One of them is Ellie, a key character from the original Dead Space game. Isaac grabs a snowsuit and heads into the blizzard.<\/div>\n

Later in the game, Isaac reunites with Ellie and a new character named Jennifer. The trio scale a mountain, but Jennifer is reluctant to do so. She\u2019s a tech type excited over finding a codex and plans to reverse engineer research by a group called Rosetta to gain access to it. As they climb up the mountain, they hear a howl from below, but cannot spot what kind of creature made the sound.<\/div>\n
