D\u00e5rlig salg<\/strong><\/p>\n

Wii U maskinen til Nintendo er en skuffelse for selskapet. Det er Kotaku<\/a> som rapporterer at salget mellom April og Juni er p\u00e5 overraskende 160.000 enheter.\u00a0 Dette gjelder globalt salg I et helt \u00e5rskvartal. Dette er tall som ikke bare er skuffende for Nintendo, det er rent skremmende. Til sammenligning solgte den n\u00e5 7 \u00e5r gamle Wii over 210.000 enheter I samme periode.<\/p>\n

Nintendo har forklart det lave salget med at de fremdeles ikke er I m\u00e5l n\u00e5r det gjelder \u00e5 tilrettelegge for effektiv bruk av konsollen. Spesielt n\u00e5r det gjelder integrasjonen med sin s\u00f8sterkonsoll Wii. I tillegg har stortittelene latt vente p\u00e5 seg. \u00a0<\/p>\n

Nintendo vil snu trenden<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nintendo har ogs\u00e5 nevnt hvordan de har tenkt \u00e5 snu trenden. Blant annet har de tro p\u00e5 at de kommende stortittelene vil skape et nytt momentum for Wii U. Blant spillene som nevnes er Pikmin 3, The Legend of Zelda; The Wind Waker HD, Wii Party U, Donkey Kong: Tropical Freeze,’ ‘Super Mario 3D World,’ og ‘Wii Fit U.’<\/p>\n

I tillegg vil flere ressurser n\u00e5 rettes mot det sosiale aspektet ved Wii U. Storsatsing p\u00e5 det sosiale nettverket kalt \u201cMiiverse,\u201d vil forh\u00e5pentligvis skape en platform hvor spillere kan dele sine opplevelser og effektivt kommunisere med andre spillere mens de styrer Zelda.<\/p>\n

Uansett er det vanskelig \u00e5 tro at det ikke er en form for uro I Nintendo. I april rapporterte de at 390.000 enheter var solgt totalt, nesten halvert av hva de beregnet, og de nye tallene gir ingen grunn til \u00e5 tro at trenden kan snu.<\/p>\n
