I et <a href=\"http:\/\/steamcommunity.com\/groups\/steamuniverse#announcements\/detail\/1820891223906967821\">innlegg<\/a> p\u00e5 deres nettsider kunne selskapet avsl\u00f8re at de n\u00e5 sikter seg inn mot en utgivelse i 2015, og det spekuleres om at Steam Machines ogs\u00e5 er utsatt.<\/p>\n<p>If\u00f8lge Valves Eric Hope (Axiom p\u00e5 Steam) holder de n\u00e5 p\u00e5 med tester av tr\u00e5dl\u00f8se prototyper, noe de har f\u00e5tt store mengder tilbakemeldinger p\u00e5. Fokuset ligger n\u00e5 p\u00e5 \u00e5 forbedre Steam-kontrolleren i forkant av lanseringen. Behovet for forbedringer ser ut til \u00e5 ha v\u00e6rt st\u00f8rre enn antatt, da Valve ikke lengre planlegger en utgivelse i 2014, men heller i l\u00f8pet av neste \u00e5r.<\/p>\n<p>Hva dette vil si for Steam Machines, Valves linje med stuemaskiner, er ukjent. Selskapet har ikke bekreftet at utsettelsen ogs\u00e5 gjelder for maskinene, men det har fram til n\u00e5 virket som om at kontrolleren og Steam Machines skulle lanseres kommersielt samtidig.<\/p>\n<p>Valve foretok en endring av Steam-kontrolleren <a href=\"\/valve-endrer-pa-steamkontrolleren\">tidligere i \u00e5r<\/a>, da de fjernet ber\u00f8ringsflaten til fordel for et nytt sett med knapper i diamantformasjon.
